Why am I denied access to my grades?

If you are receiving a notification when you try to view your grades or your unofficial transcript, it means that either Enrolment Services or Student Financial Services has placed a sanction on your file which is preventing you from looking at or printing off your grades or transcript. The most common reason for the sanction is that you have an outstanding balance owing to the University. You will have to talk to Enrolment Services or Student Financial Services in order to clear the sanction before you can view your grades or transcript on WebAdvisor.
